Description

  • Analyse customer reviews across e-commerce platforms to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Support product and marketing teams with data-backed recommendations based on consumer feedback.
  • Monitor product visibility and performance across digital shelf platforms.
  • Help improve search rankings, conversion, and overall digital presence.
  • Support the creation, enhancement, and localisation of product detail pages and listings.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to execute campaigns and improve marketplace content.
  • Work with cross-functional and APAC teams to coordinate project timelines and delivery.
  • Help manage execution details to ensure smooth campaign rollout and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital, or data-related roles, including internships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content, or performance marketing, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural environment is preferred.
