Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for paid search.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy, headlines, and calls to action to improve campaign results.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize paid campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and support on-page, technical, and content optimization efforts.
  • Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, landing pages, and website content to improve organic visibility.
  • Track keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic traffic performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage social media engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including scheduling and publishing content.
  • Monitor performance across paid ads, SEO, and social media, prepare reports, and document optimization changes and testing results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid search, SEO, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and SEO reporting tools.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and landing page optimization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM workflows is preferred.
