Description

  • Design and communicate end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture across Project Portfolio Management and Finance modules, including integrations with GL, AP, and AR.
  • Lead end-to-end solution development for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations from planning and design through post-implementation support.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations.
  • Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Lead client process improvement discussions using industry best practices and identify change requests to manage scope.
  • Architect and oversee extensions and complex integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Mentor and guide developers and other team members during Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements and innovation.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRPs, configuration, testing, and user training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording, and P&L calculations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of fund (grant) accounting concepts as applied to the public sector.
  • Experience supporting at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with hands-on configurations.
  • Preferred: Lead experience on at least 2 Oracle Cloud Grants implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and mentor others.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to lead multiple assignments with support from offshore functional and technical staff.
  • Preferred: US Public Sector, K-12, and Higher Education experience.
  • Preferred: Oracle Cloud Grants release 19+ experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with core Financials.
