Description

  • Own customer-growth measurement across onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid, multi-product adoption, and expansion revenue.
  • Identify lifecycle behaviors that predict expansion and translate findings into a prioritized growth agenda.
  • Connect product signals, GTM and marketing spend, and Finance growth targets through a shared evidence base.
  • Model agency-to-sub-account activation and expansion dynamics to identify where value is created or lost.
  • Design and interpret growth experiments with the Experimentation & Causal Inference lead.
  • Establish canonical metrics, segment definitions, value models, and company-wide growth-measurement standards.
  • Build reusable growth-measurement and causal-inference methods for Analytics Engineering and data science teams.
  • Advise Growth, GTM, Finance, and product leaders and influence roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Identify data gaps and help shape the event taxonomy supporting funnel and value models.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate exploration, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in product or growth analytics, data science, or applied statistics.
  • Deep experience with activation, retention, conversion, and expansion motions.
  • Track record of creating metric or value frameworks adopted by multiple teams to drive outcomes.
  • Strong applied statistics and ability to distinguish causal from correlational findings.
  • Experience designing A/B tests, assessing power and guardrails, and interpreting results rigorously.
  • Strong SQL and working proficiency in Python; familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
  • Experience converting behavioral and revenue data into segment-level product, growth, or GTM decisions.
  • Ability to work with imperfect data and governed, certified sources while improving analytical foundations.
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Growth, GTM, Finance, and product teams without direct authority.
  • B2B SaaS, CRM, product-led growth, freemium, trial, land-and-expand, usage-based, or add-on revenue experience preferred; Statsig, AI-assisted analytics, and mentoring experience are also beneficial.
