Description

  • Define and own the Learning & Development charter, vision, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish governance, operating models, and success metrics for learning initiatives.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives such as diagnostics, capability modeling, culture interventions, and change management.
  • Integrate learning into transformation, scaling, and change programs.
  • Partner with People and Talent teams on performance management, career architecture, leadership pipelines, succession planning, and critical talent development.
  • Design and scale leadership, manager, and functional capability development programs.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning experiences across virtual, digital, cohort-based, and on-the-job formats.
  • Own the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS/LXP platforms, content tools, and analytics.
  • Define and track learning effectiveness metrics tied to behavior change, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing L&D team and vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management.
  • Experience building or transforming L&D functions in high-growth, global, SaaS, or product-led organizations.
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing at the executive level.
  • Deep expertise in L&D strategy, organizational development, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and talent/performance ecosystems.
  • Experience designing job architectures, competency frameworks, or career paths is a strong plus.
  • Certifications in OD, L&D, coaching, or change management such as CPTD, ATD, ICF, or Prosci are a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero to scale.
  • Comfort with strategic thinking, execution discipline, and systems-level thinking.
