Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of U.S. benefits administration, including vendor coordination, annual renewals, open enrollment, compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
  • Partner with brokers, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure benefits programs are administered accurately and compliantly.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for benefits and rewards & recognition programs, advising People leadership on market trends, regulatory changes, and design improvements.
  • Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs, including administration, communications, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Gather employee feedback and participation data to inform continuous improvement of benefits and recognition offerings.
  • Coordinate well-being and employee support initiatives to ensure alignment across People programs.
  • Contribute to benefits planning and renewals, recommending vendor changes, plan design adjustments, and long-term cost optimization initiatives.
  • Own vendor evaluation and performance management, including broker selection support, contract negotiations (with guidance), and service-level accountability.
  • Independently drive smaller cross-functional People programs: define scope, prioritize workstreams, translate plans into execution roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional partners to meet milestones.
  • Maintain program documentation, status updates, operational artifacts, support launches and handoffs, identify process gaps, and influence prioritization across competing People initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, HR operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering U.S. benefits programs, including vendor coordination and compliance support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, broker selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
  • Comfort operating in environments with changing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both steady-state work and project-based initiatives.
  • Clear communicator who can explain programs, processes, and next steps to varied audiences.
  • Ability to work independently within defined direction and escalate appropriately when decisions are needed.
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed environments.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $134,000 annually.
  • Full-time, remote role in a global, remote-first environment.
