Description

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to engage clients and prospects in technical discovery discussions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AI security solution capabilities and value.
  • Architect customized security solutions based on client needs, infrastructure, and AI security requirements.
  • Lead proof of concept projects to validate solution effectiveness and feasibility in customer environments.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and deployment guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with product management, engineering, and research to relay field feedback and influence product improvements and roadmap.
  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in AI security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role.
  • Proficiency with Linux, including GNU tools and Bash.
  • Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Python programming experience is required.
  • Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and environments.
  • Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes is helpful.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration is helpful.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client and internal relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
