Description

  • Translate market and customer needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the product backlog for assigned areas and keep it aligned to product strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, Documentation, and Product Management to refine requirements and deliver features.
  • Engage with internal SMEs, customer-facing teams, and customers to understand and prioritize user needs.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and KPIs to identify product enhancement opportunities and adoption trends.
  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and approve stories for release.
  • Support release planning, including documentation, enablement materials, and internal communications.
  • Partner with QA to ensure test coverage and resolve issues affecting release quality.
  • Assist with training, post-release analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or product analysis within a software company.
  • Demonstrable experience with enterprise procurement, supplier management, or ERP platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, SAP HANA/ECC, or Workday.
  • Experience delivering B2B SaaS products in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and define logical solutions.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against timelines.
  • Business and technical acumen to balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in supplier information management, procurement solutions, or workflow-driven enterprise applications, preferred.
  • Familiarity with API-driven architecture and integrations, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools to measure product usage and adoption, preferred.
