Description

  • Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages including long-form sales pages, offer pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs.
  • Translate growth strategy and direct-response principles into polished, conversion-focused page experiences.
  • Apply conversion psychology elements such as urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, testimonials, guarantees, and price anchoring.
  • Structure pages with a storytelling flow from problem and agitation through solution, proof, offer, and CTA.
  • Balance performance marketing goals with the trust and compliance requirements of health and wellness branding.
  • Rapidly create multiple page variations for A/B testing and fast experimentation.
  • Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, media buyers, paid media, retention, and product teams on funnel experiments and cohesion.
  • Design modular components and reusable templates that can be swapped and scaled quickly.
  • Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and mobile-first optimization.
  • Use behavioral and funnel data to identify friction points, conversion drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC landing pages, preferably in a brand or agency setting.
  • A direct-response mindset focused on action and conversion rather than aesthetics alone.
  • Deep experience building pages for paid traffic funnels across channels such as Meta, Google, and native.
  • Strong analytical understanding of funnel metrics and performance measurement.
  • Ability to design across multiple page archetypes, including advertorial-to-sales-page flows, quiz-to-offer pages, hybrid PDPs, and upsell flows.
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, rapid-test growth environment.
  • Portfolio showing landing page work tied to measurable outcomes such as CVR lifts or ROAS improvements.
  • Experience interpreting data from tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, scroll depth, session recordings, and experiment dashboards.
  • Ability to measure design impact through metrics such as CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, bounce rate, click-through rate, and engagement depth.
