Description

  • Contribute hands-on to key platform features and components as an individual contributor.
  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced healthcare analytics products.
  • Architect and implement modern analytics, ML, and AI applications for mission-critical workflows and customer experiences.
  • Communicate priorities and expectations to the team and ensure they have the resources to deliver effectively.
  • Own the quality of team-delivered features, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify gaps in existing patterns and drive architectural innovation through new technologies and methods.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define scope and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineering teams.
  • Monitor emerging healthcare technologies and recommend solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent significant industry experience.
  • 8+ years of software engineering and/or data engineering experience in a software product company.
  • 5+ years of hands-on healthcare industry experience, particularly in healthcare analytics products.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering applications across frontend, backend, and data platform development.
  • Experience building complex, high-performance SaaS solutions in cloud environments such as AWS.
  • Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python (preferred).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Redshift.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, AI/ML integrations, generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted software development tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
  • Must be located in the US within the EST or CST time zones for a fully remote role.
