Description

  • Own the design and delivery of training and communication plans that drive adoption goals for assigned state and payer programs.
  • Develop training and adoption plans that define goals, scope, deliverables, and alignment with organizational strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, tracking progress, dependencies, and issues across assigned programs.
  • Communicate program updates and manage expectations with senior leadership, internal teams, and clients.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that could affect program success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build consensus and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Design, track, analyze, and improve adoption scorecards for assigned payers.
  • Learn market nuances, product functionality, workflows, and best practices, and translate complex topics into digestible offerings.
  • Work directly with providers as needed to support successful solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in training program development and management.
  • Experience leading and influencing without authority and building consensus through communication, collaboration, and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, virtual classroom facilitation, and training effectiveness/outcomes measurement.
  • Experience training customers on software or technology with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex workflows.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to operate cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.
  • Ability to be flexible, transparent, team-oriented, self-sufficient, and proactive in a fast-growing environment.
  • Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel.

  • Base salary range of $81,000 - $94,000 per year, not including variable compensation.
