Description

  • Create, update, and refresh job ads across ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., CareerPlug) and ensure accuracy and consistency of postings.
  • Schedule and manage high-volume interviews, including back-to-back 15-minute interview slots, and maintain a shared calendar for team visibility (e.g., Google Calendar, PreIntent, Engage).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to build and maintain a qualified pipeline.
  • Guide candidates through onboarding paperwork and processes, send reminders for orientation/training, and support completion of required documentation (experience with WellSky or AxisCare is a plus).
  • Coordinate with leadership to implement recruitment best practices and process improvements to reduce administrative burden.
  • Adopt and use recruitment tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Engage, PreIntent) to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain CRM and email communications, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure timely status updates to the team.
  • Work independently to meet hiring targets and escalate issues when necessary for resolution.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in home care or healthcare.
  • Comfortable using ATS and recruitment platforms such as CareerPlug, WellSky, AxisCare, Engage, or PreIntent.
  • Proficiency with calendars, workflow automation, CRM systems, email management, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for candidate interactions and team coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities and experience managing high-volume scheduling.
  • Proactive, independent self-starter who requires minimal supervision and can anticipate needs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment on U.S. timezones.
  • Customer-focused and empathetic with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
