Description

  • Centrally manage and optimize the security technology stack, including access control, video management, and threat monitoring tools.
  • Lead emergency response efforts by executing Emergency Action Plans and maintaining safety and security standards.
  • Maintain consistent coverage for the assigned shift and provide backup support when operational gaps arise.
  • Proactively detect active incidents and emerging threats using surveillance technology and escalate field issues as needed.
  • Brief senior leadership on incidents, trends, and operational risks with clear, data-driven communication.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and policy breaches using digital archives and access logs.
  • Identify root causes of system failures, evaluate remediation options, and implement solutions to maintain system uptime and visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
  • Support site teams and senior leaders during incidents as a force multiplier and escalation resource.
  • Execute additional duties and assignments as needed to support evolving Special Operations Center objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center, 911 Command Center, or Asset Protection/Loss Prevention environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous or challenging situations under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief executive leadership.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
  • Ability to adapt to new security technologies.
  • Experience managing non-traditional schedules with reliability during peak operational periods is preferred.
  • Mission-focused professional demeanor with the ability to manage interpersonal friction while staying aligned to operational goals.
