Description

  • Manage and document vehicle movement through the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
  • Serve as the front-line representative for Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and customers.
  • Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and logistics facility, documenting security and safety concerns.
  • Support emergency response activities and become trained in first aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Partner with team leads and managers on badge creation, CCTV review, and related security requests.
  • Follow incident response protocols and take appropriate action when needed.
  • De-escalate situations and collaborate with others to maintain a safe environment.
  • Execute facility safe-and-secure procedures at access points.
  • Use the SAS app and RFID technology to support security operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven decision-making ability in a complex environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and relate well with others.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, card access, and other safe-and-secure technology (preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting an OSHA program or safety team (preferred).
  • Experience supporting crisis prevention and/or response plans (preferred).
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and perform frequent physical activity.
  • Must be able to work in varied conditions and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
  • Must be able to perform frequent driving and computer data entry.
  • Role is safety-sensitive, contingent on a background check, and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
