Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships and increase customer retention.
  • Personalize every customer interaction and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage customer accounts and make value-driven recommendations.
  • Respond to customer communications via email, targeting 15–20 emails per hour.
  • Meet Customer Care team KPIs and targets and support team performance goals.
  • Provide positive, engaging interactions that build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Support seasonal volume increases and be available to work overtime when required (30–60 day ramps).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle email volume at 15–20 emails per hour with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime and maintain good attendance (no attendance issues).
  • Availability to support seasonal ramp periods (30–60 days).
  • Helpful, empathetic, customer-focused attitude.
  • Remote work capability with willingness to visit BGC office to pick up equipment.
