Description

  • Acquire new B2B clients in Hungary through cold calling, lead management, and meeting booking.
  • Run sales meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Manage outbound and inbound leads through follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Develop sales strategy and use AI tools for research, pitch preparation, follow-ups, and automation.
  • Partner with marketing on customized sales materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of active B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record, ideally in SaaS, startups, or scaleups.
  • Excellent spoken communication skills for phone calls, video meetings, and presentations to HR managers and C-level executives.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar.
  • Native Hungarian and English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
  • Willingness to work on a contractor, self-employed, or B2B contract basis.
  • Experience selling to HR departments (preferred).
  • Experience in an international startup or scaleup (preferred).
  • Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM (preferred).
  • Experience selling in healthcare, wellbeing, benefits, or another regulated or sensitive industry (preferred).
