Description

  • Build automation and AI workflows that reduce recurring manual work for the Performance Marketing team.
  • Integrate ad platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools into a reliable automation layer.
  • Create automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support, and action workflows for marketing operations.
  • Keep a human in the loop for spend-related actions by designing approval-based workflows.
  • Read, verify, and troubleshoot SQL queries and data models used by the systems.
  • Validate whether metrics are computed correctly and catch measurement issues before they affect automated decisions.
  • Work closely with the Performance Head and COO as an embedded member of the marketing team.
  • Roll out the solution for Performance Marketing across 9 markets and use it as a blueprint for the wider company.

Requirements

  • Strong coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with the ability to independently read, write, and debug code.
  • Fluent SQL skills with hands-on experience in a cloud data environment such as BigQuery.
  • Production experience shipping systems with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling, and rollback.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and structured outputs, including knowing when AI output is unreliable and how to add safeguards.
  • Experience building and maintaining production automations that integrate systems via API.
  • Fluent English at B2+ level and native-level Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian.
  • Advanced experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools such as Make.com or n8n is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics is preferred.
  • Experience working with advertising platform APIs such as Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API, as well as GA4 and CRM systems is preferred.
