Description

  • Architect and own a seamless GTM ecosystem as the final authority for the CRM and its integrated stack, ensuring systems are harmonized and resilient.
  • Administer and configure a complex Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and platform features (Flows, LWCs, Apex) to support business processes.
  • Design, build, and manage integrations between the CRM and tools such as CPQ, billing/ICM, contract, and document systems, and co-manage cross-functional implementations.
  • Lead identification and implementation of agentic AI and automation opportunities to shift the organization toward self-service and reduce manual work.
  • Audit and modernize manual or legacy processes (e.g., renewals, product refreshes) by architecting automated, resilient solutions to reduce reactive troubleshooting.
  • Drive data quality and integrity through proactive, regular hygiene audits, migrations, and ongoing data governance.
  • Partner with Finance (FP&A) and executive leadership to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap aligned to financial reporting and GTM strategy.
  • Create and deliver real-time dashboards, high-fidelity reporting, and insights to empower leadership and support proactive, data-driven decisions.
  • Own permission architecture, security governance, documentation strategy, and platform enablement via training and support materials.
  • Directly manage and mentor junior admin resources and lead tactical assessments of departmental priorities, resource allocation, and organizational design recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent CRM administration role.
  • Proven track record as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM configuration, customization, and platform best practices.
  • Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining CPQ solutions; Revenue Cloud Advanced experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience designing, building, and managing integrations and migrating data/processes from legacy systems into Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate integration tools, architect integration solutions, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Leadership and communication skills: adaptability in fast-paced environments, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business acumen with experience aligning technical roadmaps to financial and go-to-market objectives.
  • AI acumen or strong interest to learn and implement agentic AI/automation platforms (e.g., Agentforce, N8N, custom LLM integrations).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and mentoring junior admins or technical resources.
