Description

  • Support the collection and integration of curriculum modifications for different age groups, class sizes, language learners, and learning environments.
  • Draft curriculum objectives, facilitator guidance, hands-on activities, and visual aids or diagrams for new educational materials.
  • Create zine spreads and student-facing resources that align with branding and accessibility guidelines.
  • Develop, organize, and refine facilitation materials across digital courses, downloadable PDFs, and binder-based resources.
  • Assist in organizing professional development content for managers and facilitators.
  • Maintain and update the Curriculum Hub in SharePoint by organizing files and revising module structures.
  • Ensure templates and existing resources follow current formatting and style standards.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum, Evaluation, and Mentor Engagement teams on national initiatives.
  • Participate in team discussions and projects to strengthen curriculum development and youth engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in education, public health, psychology, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
  • Must be in good academic standing if currently enrolled.
  • Ability to commit 6-8 hours per week for at least one semester.
  • Basic writing skills with the ability to draft clear, youth-friendly content.
  • Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and comfort managing digital files.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay on top of assigned tasks.
  • Interest in adolescent health, wellness, or youth education.
  • Experience supporting youth programming, peer education, tutoring, mentoring, or after-school programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar file management systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools (preferred).
  • Comfort conducting light research using reputable health, education, or youth development sources (preferred).
  • Interest in inclusive, developmentally responsive, and trauma-informed learning experiences (preferred).
