Description

  • Coordinate healthcare analytic projects through all stages including implementation, day-to-day management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines, and task schedules, and ensure agreed-upon deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, subcontractors, and external partners, communicating project decisions and status.
  • Organize, tag, and maintain project documents on SharePoint and corporate/federal networks following governance rules.
  • Prepare and submit project deliverables and support documents using required mechanisms (electronic, hard copy, direct data entry).
  • Conduct online research and literature searches on clinical/healthcare topics and assist with data-oriented reporting in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Perform Internal Quality Control (IQC) monitoring, identify process improvements, present recommended solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support and attend client teleconferences and meetings, provide regular progress reports to management, and participate in educational/training presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a healthcare-related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills including spelling, composition, grammar, proofreading, and editing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent HSAG professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience conducting research via the Internet and performing literature searches.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Remote work capability and ability to follow organizational governance for document management.

  • Salary range: $62,000 - $65,000 per year.
  • Flexible work schedule with a remote work option and half-day Fridays.
