Description

  • Lead technical modeling and analytics projects from conception through production delivery, ensuring technical quality and business alignment.
  • Define and promote best practices in feature engineering, feature architecture, and data structuring across the team.
  • Analyze data to generate strategic business insights, identify growth opportunities and emerging risks, and translate findings into concrete decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models and tools such as scoring, propensity, churn, and segmentation models.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team on model approach and methodology decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to discuss complex results and influence decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong command of Python and data science libraries, plus SQL and PySpark.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning, with the ability to choose, defend, and document the best approach for each business problem.
  • Hands-on experience building predictive variables from structured and unstructured sources, including transactional and alternative data.
  • Experience with predictive modeling projects in high-scale and complex environments, including classification, regression, ranking, or optimization.
  • Solid experience with the Databricks platform.
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss complex results and influence stakeholders in business and technology.
  • Experience in technical leadership or senior individual contributor roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work with large-scale data and complex modeling challenges is preferred.
