Description

  • Act as the analytical reference for the Core squad, connecting user behavior to product decisions.
  • Build and maintain consistent strategic metrics for digital journeys such as acquisition, activation, access, and home funnels.
  • Develop analyses that support decision-making from diagnosis through recommendation.
  • Propose metrics that reflect experience quality, not only final conversion.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product, engineering, and leadership.
  • Influence prioritization and strategic direction using evidence and data.
  • Support the construction and analysis of A/B tests.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability with structured thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience handling large data volumes and complex analyses.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Databricks Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with different audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with digital product teams and understanding user behavior and journeys.
  • Proactive profile with the ability to propose metrics, challenge hypotheses, and defend positions with data.
  • Ability to prioritize well and work autonomously across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with product funnels, behavioral analysis, and diagnosing friction in digital journeys.
  • Knowledge of experimentation and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data architecture layers such as Bronze/Silver/Gold is a plus.
  • Experience with digital behavior tools such as Amplitude or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with structured experimentation and A/B testing is a plus.
