Description

Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to the financial sector and engineering platform products.
Serve as a reference point for technical decisions about solution details.
Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide suggestions and constructive critique to support technical decisions and share knowledge across the team.
Define and independently deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects with inter-team dependencies.

Requirements

Experience developing software with C#.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing.
Natural use of Git and familiarity with Gitflow.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Experience with observability tools such as Elastic Search or Datadog.
Ability to produce clean, maintainable code.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.
Use of AI in the software development process.
Experience with public or private clouds such as Azure or Google Cloud (preferred).
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (preferred).
Knowledge of Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, or Hexagonal Architecture (preferred).
Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (preferred).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps (preferred).
Interest or experience in the financial market (preferred).
