Description

  • Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to financial products and engineering platform initiatives.
  • Own solution decisions and act as a technical reference for implementation details.
  • Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide suggestions and constructive feedback to support technical decisions and share knowledge within the team.
  • Define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, including work with interdependent teams.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software with C#.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing.
  • Natural use of Git and familiarity with Gitflow.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.
  • Use of AI in the software development process.
  • Experience with public or private clouds such as Azure and Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, or Hexagonal Architecture (preferred).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps (preferred).
  • Interest or experience in the financial market (preferred).
