Description

  • Own end-to-end category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
  • Develop and execute category strategy to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy to maximize sales and conversion.
  • Manage product lifecycle and identify new product opportunities to expand the category.
  • Plan and manage demand forecasting and inventory to support sales and avoid stock issues.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements to advertising, merchandising, and assortment.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams to ensure seamless product and marketing execution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with a proven track record of scaling product categories and driving profitability.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Experience managing category P&L elements such as revenue, margin, pricing, and promotions.
  • Proven experience with advertising optimization and marketplace/channel advertising strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and applying new strategies to optimize performance.
