Description

  • Design and implement automated compliance assessments to enforce hardening standards across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Architect and maintain security controls for asset inventory and protect data at rest and in transit.
  • Develop and secure identity systems linking employees and customers, including fraud signal integration for malicious activity detection.
  • Build and manage secure connectivity between on-premises and multi-cloud environments with consistent policy enforcement.
  • Partner with the SOC to develop high-fidelity detections and SOAR playbooks for automated incident response.
  • Support purple team exercises and security control testing to validate the effectiveness of security tools across tenants.
  • Establish security guardrails for internal and customer-facing AI models and mitigate LLM-related threats.
  • Drive automation of security operations by replacing manual workflows with self-healing, autonomous remediation.
  • Partner with business units to embed security into workflows and continuously enforce compliance in operational processes.
  • Discover and catalog shadow AI usage and ensure third-party AI tools meet privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a technical cybersecurity engineering role, including at least 4 years in large-scale cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning to security or operational scaling problems.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing environments with 10,000+ workloads and high-availability requirements for retail or commercial applications.
  • Expert-level knowledge of security architectures in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Mastery of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Ability to use Databricks for large-scale security analytics, threat hunting, and efficacy reporting.
  • Experience securing Kubernetes and Docker environments, including runtime protection and image integrity.
  • Proficiency with OAuth 2.0, SAML, and CIAM solutions for large-scale authentication.
  • Experience with Python, including PySpark or Pandas, to build anomaly detection models in Databricks.
  • Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and experience with AI gateways or firewalls.
  • Deep expertise in API-first automation and secure integration across disparate applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent Green Card holder and able to pass client-mandated clearance screening, including drug, criminal history, and credit checks.
