Description

  • Coordinate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to launch mobile advertising campaigns.
  • Implement creative assets, secure traffic supply, and interpret insertion orders.
  • Traffic advertising campaigns in GroundTruth’s proprietary ad-serving platform.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage internal communication, expectations, and reporting metrics.
  • Ensure successful fulfillment of all campaigns.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the Ad Operations team.
  • Prepare reporting and month-end reconciliation.
  • Complete detailed quality assurance reviews of campaign setups and updates.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related field such as advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, or digital agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong digital advertising knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience with ad serving platforms and/or SSPs or DSPs.
  • Excellent client servicing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5 and JavaScript ads.
  • Experience creating mobile rich media ads.
  • Proficiency in ad troubleshooting and testing tools such as Fiddler and Charles, or similar debugging tools.
  • Shift availability for 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
