Description

Conduct in-depth research and collect data related to IT and non-IT initiatives.
Analyze complex datasets and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present reports, briefing materials, and status updates for workgroup leads, stakeholders, and VHA executive leadership.
Support the development of project plans, schedules, deliverables, and KPIs for ITW initiatives.
Organize and provide logistical support for ITW meetings and briefings.
Maintain documentation of research findings, project updates, and meeting minutes.
Support the progression of IT and non-IT projects in alignment with VHA strategic objectives and governance processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of project goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Research, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in research and data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or government sector.
Prior acquisition and budget experience with a federal agency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to translate data into insights that support strategic decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
Familiarity with IT and non-IT project funding processes within the VHA or other federal institutions (preferred).
Knowledge of the New Service Request (NSR) and Multi-Year Programming (MYP) processes (preferred).
