Description

  • Support CRM analytics by measuring campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, lifecycle reporting, and engagement across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Support paid channel performance reporting across growth marketing channels including Meta, Google, CTV, affiliates, and OOH.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for marketing and leadership stakeholders.
  • Run data pulls, generate user lists, and write ad-hoc queries to support campaign targeting and daily marketing decisions.
  • Help maintain attribution reporting pipelines and identify or escalate data quality issues.
  • Partner with senior analysts on dbt model contributions and reusable analytics logic.
  • Keep documentation current for reports, dashboards, and metric definitions so stakeholders can self-serve.
  • Clarify ambiguous stakeholder requests and help frame the right analytical question before delivering an answer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or expected graduation by Summer 2026 in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Coursework, academic projects, internships, or self-directed work demonstrating SQL ability and strong data problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create clear data visualizations, choose appropriate chart types, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to investigate anomalies and take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous requests, imperfect data, and undefined questions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency using Claude or a similar tool for analytical work such as writing and validating SQL, automating reports, or building workflows.
  • Preferred: internship or project experience in marketing, growth, CRM, or web analytics.
  • Preferred: familiarity with marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution models, or cohort analysis.
  • Preferred: exposure to dbt or data modeling concepts such as dimensional modeling, metric definitions, or semantic layers.
  • Preferred: Python experience for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.
  • Preferred: experience with Tableau, Looker, or another BI tool beyond coursework.
  • Preferred: participation in data competitions, open-source projects, or other self-directed analytical work.
