Description

  • Customize and develop applications in ServiceNow for operational and real estate management using GlideScript/JavaScript.
  • Design and implement system integrations between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external tools to ensure seamless workflows and data consistency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, application configurations, and change management.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure developed solutions meet functionality and performance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow and Nuvolo trends and best practices and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • 4+ years of experience developing applications within ServiceNow.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly around IT services and Nuvolo implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks (including GlideScript).
  • Experience performing system integrations with external tools and platforms.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
