Description

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architecture designs.
  • Evaluate and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications to ensure interoperability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of platform solutions.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate vision and implementation plans.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure architectural designs and deployments comply with security and governance policies.
  • Support operations and maintenance activities, including upgrades and incident response in enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience.
  • Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals.
  • Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations.
  • Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration.
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments, including upgrades and incident response.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.
  • Nuvolo training highly preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation or higher preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification preferred.
  • PMP is a nice to have.
