Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect and target primary care practices to generate interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
  • Execute the national sales strategy and promotional activities in compliance with company standards and industry requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other customer-facing teams to share field insights.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED science and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling, clinical education, and value-based presentations.
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation in the CRM system.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through follow-up, operational support, and clinically relevant insights.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 85%, including overnight stays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is strongly preferred.
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory with minimal supervision, and thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides.
