Description

  • Execute recurring event workflows, including creating Test Requisition Forms, scheduling couriers, dispatching PHI to clinics, and creating scheduling links.
  • Coordinate between the Events Team and internal or external logistics partners to align inventory dispatch with event demand.
  • Centralize marketing collateral and kit ordering, maintain inventory accuracy, and prevent stockouts.
  • Manage Salesforce account creation and monitor the Mobile Events Salesforce inbox to resolve field inquiries.
  • Maintain shipping SLA compliance and ensure timely delivery of kits and event materials.
  • Post daily event and scheduler status reports in Slack for cross-functional visibility.
  • Provide operational continuity and troubleshoot urgent shipping or logistics issues.
  • Travel to large-scale, high-volume, or high-risk events to support registration, logistics, clinic kit flow, courier handoffs, and phlebotomy setup.
  • Identify onsite workflow improvements and communicate recommendations to the central operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for onsite events.
  • Experience supporting in-person or in-office clinical operations or events with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and operational discipline.
  • Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written customer service and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience preferred.
  • Experience with logistics and provider- or channel-based business models preferred.
  • Working knowledge of program or project management software preferred.
  • Preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Ability to create order in fast-paced or chaotic environments and take a hands-on approach.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $77,000–$95,000.
