Description

  • Build and deliver high-performance AI features for incident detection, triage, and resolution using observability data and tools.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on LLM- and agent-powered workflows with real users.
  • Develop AI-powered automation for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features.
  • Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and development workflows.
  • Take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute across teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience building production software systems in backend and/or full-stack environments.
  • Strong software engineering background with the ability to tackle complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI-powered applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering software that is in production and actively used by users.
  • Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
  • Comfort releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating pragmatically.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, define scope, and drive projects forward with initiative.
  • Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (bonus).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or similar infrastructure/devops tools (bonus).
  • Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (bonus).
  • Experience building observability tooling (bonus).
