Description

  • Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to prospects and customers
  • Own technical engagements with customers to qualify opportunities and help close complex deals
  • Deliver product demos, technical presentations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations
  • Listen to customer requirements, ask targeted questions, and translate needs into Grafana-based solutions
  • Communicate customer feedback and competitive insights to Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Drive product conversations focused on customer problems and use cases
  • Create and enhance enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge-base articles
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers, Sales, and internal engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales (solutions engineering) experience
  • Must be located in the UK
  • First-class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration and customer-facing interactions
  • Comfort with complex and varied assignments requiring sound judgment, collaboration, and leadership
  • Technical mindset with a desire and willingness to grow technically
  • Experience with open source technologies or metrics/monitoring space is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC is a plus

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings) range in the UK: £111,500 - £134,000 (actual compensation varies by level and experience)
