Description

  • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to prospects and customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers and drive complex opportunities to close through technical credibility and competitive knowledge
  • Deliver product demos, technical presentations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations for potential and existing customers
  • Listen to customer requirements, ask probing questions, and translate needs into solutions using Grafana technologies
  • Act as a primary conduit of customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering and communicate competitive landscape insights internally
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems to influence solution design and adoption
  • Create and enhance enablement materials such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
  • Ability to handle complex and varied assignments requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
  • First-class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration with internal teams and worldwide customers
  • Customer-focused problem solver with a technical mindset and desire to grow technically
  • Must be located in Spain
  • Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC is a plus

  • OTE in Spain: EUR 107,250 - EUR 127,650 (actual compensation varies by level, experience, and skillset)
