Description

  • Support Workday users by troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and serving as the main point of contact for questions and escalations.
  • Build and maintain custom reports, tools, and analytics to meet team needs.
  • Lead Workday enhancement and optimization projects from start to finish.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including routing, approvals, notifications, and condition rules.
  • Support bi-annual Workday releases by reviewing release notes, assessing impact, coordinating testing, and implementing updates.
  • Configure and maintain security roles and permissions to protect data and privacy.
  • Create Inbound EIB templates and perform mass data loading for recurring and ad hoc tasks.
  • Create change management documentation and training materials for cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with teams to enable adoption of new Workday features and process changes.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys is ideal.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-changing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-through.
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to be a highly approachable point of contact across local and international teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build custom reports, use complex spreadsheet formulas, analyze data, and make recommendations.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and solve non-obvious problems.
  • Comfort owning administrative tasks through to completion.

  • Annual compensation range of 60,000-72,000 EUR in the Netherlands, with pay varying by level, experience, and skillset.
