Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee access workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and position changes.
  • Design, standardize, maintain, and govern corporate access profiles using least-privilege principles.
  • Track operational SLAs, remove access-request bottlenecks, and maintain high service quality.
  • Design and validate role models, permission sets, and access controls across corporate systems.
  • Partner with Talent, IT, and engineering teams to onboard systems into the centralized Access Flow platform.
  • Use AI agents and LLM-powered automation to streamline ticket triage, repetitive tasks, and documentation.
  • Resolve escalated access tickets, permission inconsistencies, and access drift across platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation for SOPs, role definitions, access matrices, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or L3 Support focused on access management.
  • Experience managing onboarding, dismissal, and position-change access workflows.
  • Experience creating, standardizing, and auditing Access Profiles and RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of enterprise identity tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, SSO, and federation protocols.
  • Practical experience with AI tools or agents, including prompt engineering, copilots, or agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience handling high-volume operational requests against SLAs and security standards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for navigating permissions and explaining policies to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and intermediate-plus English.
  • Preferred: PCI DSS or ISO 27001 knowledge, AI/IAM automation integrations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, cloud identity experience, IAM orchestration experience, or certifications such as Security+ or Okta Certified Professional.
