Description

  • Define and execute the company’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
  • Translate business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines or platforms.
  • Oversee product discovery and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and market research.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and the Head of Products.
  • Establish product processes, rituals, and governance to improve execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership.
  • Act as an escalation point for product risks, trade-offs, and prioritization conflicts.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and product performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable digital products.
  • Experience managing and growing high-performing product teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Agile / Lean product development.
  • Experience in B2B / B2C iGaming platform products.
  • Ability to travel for business or relocate to Cyprus.
  • Prior experience working with executive leadership or board-level stakeholders (preferred).
  • Background in data-driven product organizations (preferred).
  • Experience scaling products in high-growth environments (preferred).
