Description

  • Independently manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting using tools like Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier client accounts, managing up to 12–14 accounts or $50,000 in MRR.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience targeting.
  • Handle client escalations autonomously and develop resolution plans as needed.
  • Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve performance and ROI.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and persuasive presentations to influence client decisions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on foundational paid social skills.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of agency and e-commerce experience.
  • Familiarity with advertising ecosystems across all major social media platforms.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+ per client.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use attribution tools to refine strategies.
  • Ability to independently resolve mid-level escalations and develop client solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for managing client expectations and reporting performance insights.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
  • Experience training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Must be able to obtain Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications within six months.
