Description

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, daily operations, training, reporting, and field coaching for Real Estate Partners and Door-to-Door teams.
  • Lead teams to achieve monthly activity targets and improve deal conversion.
  • Own the no property left behind (NPLB) process.
  • Partner with national Channel Managers to oversee daily operations.
  • Coordinate with local tech ops to resolve field escalations within service-level agreement targets.
  • Collect local market intelligence and produce sales reports for local and regional leadership.
  • Engage with local and national decision makers and influencers in the multi-family space.
  • Represent and grow the GFiber brand through networking events and relationship building.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to help meet company targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales management or operations.
  • 5 years of experience using data analytics tools such as Google Sheets or spreadsheet software, Salesforce, or another CRM to measure sales performance or operational challenges.
  • 3 years of experience leading a Door-to-Door sales channel.
  • 1 year of experience in multi-dwelling property sales.
  • Direct experience building, managing, and retaining sales teams in the telecom industry (preferred).
  • Experience managing a variety of extended workforce teams to achieve business goals (preferred).
  • Experience managing daily operations, projects, and tasks to completion with limited supervision (preferred).
  • Experience using verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders, including executive leadership, peers, managers, and direct reports (preferred).
  • Experience converting existing multi-dwelling (MDU and MTU) properties to bulk deals (preferred).
  • Experience managing the property funnel from access agreement to install ready (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $156,800 to $172,500, plus bonus and benefits.
  • Location-based pay determined by work location and other job-related factors.
