Description

Act as the primary triage point for sales and marketing address issues, assess impact, and route problems to the appropriate engineering or operations teams.
Investigate address-related issues and determine root causes for non-routine address parity problems.
Work with large geographic and operational data sets to drive analytical problem-solving.
Design and maintain recurring stakeholder reports on issue health, time to fix, and overall address database status.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to identify business needs and perform end-to-end analyses on address health.
Create automated tools and dashboards to proactively monitor address-related inquiries using SQL, scripts, and visualizations.
Proactively audit the buyflow to identify and prevent address-related issues before they affect customers.
Extract insights from data and communicate findings in a way that supports business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in analytics, data science, and/or computer science engineering.
3 years of experience writing SQL queries from scratch on a daily basis.
Experience with cross-functional project management.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
Experience using data to identify business improvement opportunities and measure initiative success is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with cross-functional partners and executive leadership is preferred.
Strong business acumen to connect data analysis with business impact.
Comfort working with large data sets and investigative, non-routine analytical problems.

Benefits

US base salary range of $87,200 - $127,600 plus bonus and benefits.
