Description

  • Build and scale GoMining’s influencer marketing strategy from scratch.
  • Define influencer verticals, content formats, target geographies, and creator segmentation.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer operations using platforms such as impact.com, including onboarding, tracking, payouts, and reporting.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Manage channel budgets and monitor unit economics.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and other channels.
  • Test hypotheses around formats, messaging, calls to action, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing and content teams to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Build reporting and analytics for CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator performance.
  • Scale successful partnerships and improve underperforming campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
  • Experience working with impact.com or similar influencer/affiliate platforms.
  • Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, or DeFi ecosystems.
  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, GA4, Hotjar, and one-link/tracking systems.
  • Experience using a data-driven approach and performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • English C1+ is required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Existing network of crypto or fintech influencers and creators is a plus.
  • Experience scaling influencer channels globally is a plus.
  • Experience working with app-based or subscription products is a plus.
  • Experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition is a plus.
