Description

  • Analyze marketing and product data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools.
  • Build analytical and forecasting models using product, financial, and behavioral data.
  • Work with datasets related to fintech, payments, crypto, and transaction-based systems.
  • Analyze financial product performance, including payments, lending, brokerage, and digital asset flows.
  • Support analytics for crypto/Web3 products and digital asset ecosystems.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain data dictionaries for the analytics function.
  • Support automation of analytical processes, reporting pipelines, and recurring workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and actionable format.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python, including pandas, numpy, and visualization libraries.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics, including LTV, churn, and retention.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
  • Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models.
  • English level B2/C1 with the ability to communicate clearly in international teams.
