Description

  • Design visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
  • Create on-brand static graphics for web, social media, and print.
  • Produce optimized images for social platforms, matched to each platform’s sizing, format, and visual style.
  • Design web-ready graphics and visual components that align with site layouts, UI style, and performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity systems and style guides.
  • Collaborate with the web and content teams to produce cohesive visuals across all channels.
  • Deliver polished, production-ready files in multiple formats.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining design quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layouts, digital assets, and social media content.
  • Branding design experience, from brand concepts to applying brand guidelines across marketing materials, presentations, and documents.
  • Hands-on experience creating assets for social media platforms.
  • Experience designing graphics for websites, including banners, hero images, icons, and other web-ready visuals.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics, such as After Effects, Lottie, or CSS animations, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design principles or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • English fluency and availability to work remotely from Latin America.

  • Salary range of USD $2,000–$3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
