Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
  • Own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform and integrated go-to-market applications.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to translate business needs into a prioritized engineering backlog and delivery plan.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex Salesforce challenges, including solution design, code review, and implementation guidance.
  • Drive operational excellence through sprint planning, capacity management, blocker removal, and delivery execution.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices for source control, CI/CD, release management, code quality, and platform governance.
  • Lead large-scale programs and integrations across Salesforce and other key business systems.
  • Champion the use of AI-native solutions in operations, go-to-market systems, and engineering workflows.
  • Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and compliant while balancing long-term health with near-term business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development and architecture building scalable go-to-market solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams, with a track record of coaching and developing engineers.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Strong command of Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git-based source control, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Experience designing and overseeing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Experience with integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools and automation solutions.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized engineering backlog while balancing platform health and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Passion for using AI-native solutions to improve productivity and system capabilities.
