Description

  • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team across G&A functions, fostering accountability, growth, and high standards.
  • Design and execute scalable recruiting strategies, including structured interviews and hiring frameworks tailored to each G&A function.
  • Partner with senior G&A leaders to assess talent needs, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruiting processes and hiring decisions.
  • Manage a personal requisition load for senior and specialized G&A roles when needed.
  • Coach and develop recruiters through feedback, mentoring, and clear development plans.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance on workforce planning and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading recruiting teams across G&A functions such as People, Legal, Finance, or CIO.
  • Track record of developing talent and delivering hiring outcomes across global regions, including AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Proven ability to earn trust with senior leaders while remaining hands-on and close to the work.
  • Systems thinking approach to building scalable recruiting processes across a diverse functional portfolio.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics to drive strategy, identify gaps, and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for specialized and senior-level G&A roles.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
  • Proven commitment to building inclusive teams and embedding equitable practices into recruiting processes.
  • Experience leading effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment across time zones.
