Description

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Design campaign structures across match types, campaign types, product targeting, category targeting, and audience-based campaigns.
  • Manage large-scale advertising accounts across multiple ASINs, product lines, client portfolios, and marketplaces.
  • Conduct advanced keyword, competitor ASIN, and search term research to identify growth opportunities and reduce wasted spend.
  • Optimize bids and budgets across placements, dayparts, seasonal patterns, and performance trends to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key Amazon advertising metrics, including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impressions, and new-to-brand sales.
  • Track organic versus paid rank and use reporting insights to improve campaign performance and sales lift.
  • Build and maintain clean, scalable account structures, naming conventions, and campaign organization standards.
  • Develop full-funnel growth strategies for product launches, deal events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account managers, SEO, and creative teams, while mentoring junior PPC specialists and contributing to SOPs and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC / Advertising experience.
  • Current Amazon Ads Certification.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ad budgets with measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
  • Advanced proficiency with Helium 10, DataDive, or similar tools.
  • Strong command of Amazon advertising metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Experience managing multi-marketplace accounts across the US, UK, EU, and similar regions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP and programmatic advertising is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Facebook / Meta Ads or other paid channels is preferred.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
  • Experience with deal event strategy such as Prime Day and Black Friday Cyber Monday is preferred.
