Description

  • Design and refine pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies that balance profitability, scalability, and customer value perception.
  • Develop offer frameworks including bundle ladders, upsells, discount structures, and promotional mechanics to improve AOV, AOM, and RPS.
  • Own and manage a structured experimentation roadmap for pricing and promotion variables.
  • Define hypotheses, primary success metrics, and guardrail metrics for pricing and promotion tests.
  • Execute, evaluate, and interpret experiments using statistically sound methodologies, including layered tests and controlled rollouts.
  • Define how pricing and promotions are presented across landing pages and funnels, including offer sections, CTAs, urgency elements, abandoned cart flows, and social proof.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategy, Campaign Ops, Data, Traffic, Media Buying, and Campaign Success Managers to launch, validate, and scale tests.
  • Develop and test post-purchase offers, upsell flows, and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value.
  • Analyze LTV trends and adjust pricing strategies to improve sustained customer value and profitability.
  • Partner with teams to ensure accurate instrumentation, clean test design, reliable reporting, and flawless platform setup.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience developing pricing, promotional, and bundling strategies for eCommerce or DTC offers.
  • Strong background in experimentation, CRO, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with affiliate or partner marketing (preferred).
  • Experience using Statsig or a similar advanced experimentation platform (Statsig highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success driving improvements in AOV, AOM, and RPS (preferred).
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments (preferred).
  • Comfortable with tools including GiddyUp Ecommerce Platform, Tableau, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Slack, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing, conversion optimization, and consumer psychology.
  • Experience designing and interpreting complex experiments, including overlapping tests and metric guardrails.
