Description

  • Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across web, mobile (iOS), and backend APIs.
  • Develop and enhance core applications that support appointment booking, route assignments, patient and partner workflows, and real-time communication.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver simple, user-friendly experiences.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational and user-facing functionality.
  • Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements (HIPAA and SOC 2).
  • Own tasks in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of features, and deliver high-impact work quickly.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
  • Work on internal tools and operational workflows that automate and streamline business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong foundation in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS, and HTML.
  • Interest or experience in iOS development.
  • Familiarity with backend APIs and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Curiosity about AI development and building AI-assisted workflows.
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new areas.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for building great user experiences.
  • U.S. residency and U.S. citizenship required; sponsorship is not available.
  • Nice to have: experience with healthcare, logistics, or operationally complex systems; experience with AI, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability tools, or relevant personal/open-source projects.
